Who we are. This website is operated by G4 Medical Systems, Inc. ("G4PACS", "we"). It describes our products and gives customers access to their account through the customer portal.

What we collect. When you request a demo or support, we store the details you enter (name, e-mail address, organisation, the information you give about your installation) together with the time and the network address of the request. When you sign in to the customer portal, we store your e-mail address, the contact details you choose to enter and the time of your sign-ins. The home page poll stores the option chosen and the network address, so that each visitor is counted once.

Why. To answer your request, to provide the portal and support to our customers, to keep the site secure, and to understand which deployment options interest visitors. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where and how long. Data is stored in the European Union with our hosting providers. Demo and support requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for up to three years afterwards; portal accounts for the duration of the customer relationship; poll votes contain no name and are kept in aggregate.

Medical images. This website never receives patient images or patient data. Images handled by G4PACS installations stay under the control of the hospital and are covered by the customer's own agreements with us.

Cookies. The portal uses cookies that are strictly necessary for signing in, and a cookie that remembers that you voted in the poll. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at [email protected]. Customers can update their own contact details in the portal at any time.
